It’s really important that you are happy with everything that we deliver. If you’re not completely satisfied with anything* (*we are sorry but we do not accept returns on groceries(opened), confectionery, personalised products or pre-filled party bags) that you have ordered from us, please return them within 21 days from the date of delivery in a resaleable condition.
Personalised items will not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.
Please note that we will not cover the cost of return postage unless items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid.
Please note that we will reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned Product.

Any returns have to be communicated to us in writing at the earliest opportunity through email@example.com after which we will email a Returns Form to be filled and included together with the returned goods.
